Ingredients

  • ½ cup raw almonds
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 or 2 pieces Medjool dates (pitted; optional for sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Position a nut milk bag over a large bowl and pour the blended mixture into the bag to strain.
  3. Squeeze the bag well until only dry almond pulp remains.
  4. Transfer the almond milk to a sealed container and store in the fridge for up to a week.
