Instructions
- Warm the vodka in a small saucepan until it's warm to the touch.
- Split open the vanilla bean pods to expose the beans.
- Add the vanilla beans to the bottle.
- Pour the warm vodka over the beans and seal the bottle.
- Label the bottle with the name and date.
- Store the bottle in a dark place and shake it every few days for the first week.
- After the first week, shake it every week or so.
- Wait 6 to 8 months for the extract to be ready.
