Instructions
- Slice open each vanilla bean and scrape out the specks.
- Place the vanilla beans and specks in a jar or bottle.
- Add the liquor to the jar, ensuring the beans are completely submerged.
- Tightly close the jar and store it in a dark, cool place.
- Label the bottle with the date and shake vigorously.
- Shake the bottle at least once a week while it ages.
- You can start using the extract after 8 weeks, but for best flavor, wait 6-12 months.
