Instant Pot Kielbasa Cabbage Potato Soup

Instructions
- Sauté the kielbasa until lightly browned, then remove and set aside.
- Add olive oil and onion to the pot, scraping the bottom to release browned bits.
- Add garlic, carrots, and celery; cook for about 30 seconds.
- Stir in broth, bay leaf, Italian seasoning, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Return kielbasa to the pot.
- Add potatoes and cabbage; stir to combine.
- Seal the pot and set to pressure cook for 4 minutes.
- Allow natural pressure release for 15 minutes, then manually release remaining pressure.
- Open the lid and stir the soup, adjusting salt if needed.
- Serve with crusty bread.
