Coconut Matcha Green Tea Oatmeal

Instructions
- Heat the coconut milk until it simmers.
- Steep the tea bags in the milk for 3 minutes, then remove them and whisk in the matcha powder.
- Prepare the oats, using less water to make them thicker.
- When the oats are halfway cooked, add ⅔ cup of the matcha latte mixture.
- Finish cooking the oats until creamy.
- Stir in coconut sugar, coconut oil, cinnamon, salt, and optional coconut flakes.
- Serve the oatmeal in bowls, topping with additional matcha latte, maple syrup, and any desired toppings.
