Baked Barbecue Chicken Wings

Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water, then mix with salt and honey until dissolved.
- Add garlic and seasoning, then pour in 7 cups of cold water and stir.
- Submerge chicken wings in the brine, cover, and refrigerate for 2 to 8 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with foil and cooking spray.
- Remove wings from brine, pat dry, and arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake wings for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
- While wings bake, combine barbecue sauce ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Toss baked wings in the barbecue sauce and serve immediately with cilantro and lemon if desired.
