Keto Tomato Sauce

water (fill one of the tomato cans half way)

Instructions
- Slice the garlic and place it in a pot with olive oil, then turn the heat to medium and cook until softened.
- Open the tomato cans and pour the tomatoes into a blender or food processor, pulsing to break them up to your desired consistency.
- Pour the processed tomatoes into the pot with the garlic, and add the half onion, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, sweetener, and half a can of water.
- Simmer the mixture for 1 hour.
- Add the fresh basil, parsley, and Parmesan cheese, then simmer for an additional 30-60 minutes until the sauce thickens to your liking.
- Remove the onion and sprigs of fresh herbs before serving or storing.
