No Bake Honey Nut Bars

The base

shelled sunflower seeds
The binding ingredients

coconut oil

¼
cup
raw honey
Optional ingredients

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse a few times to break them up.
- Process continuously for 30 seconds until crumb-sized pieces form.
- Scrape the bowl edges and process for another 2 minutes until the mixture starts to clump together.
- Line a 9"x9" baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture into an even layer.
- Cover and chill for at least an hour.
- Uncover and cut into bars or squares as desired.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
