Ingredients

The base

  • 2 cups mixed nuts, finely chopped
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

The binding ingredients

  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large bowl, mix together the mixed nuts, shredded coconut, raisins, salt, and cinnamon.
  2. 2. In a smaller bowl, combine the almond butter, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla.
  3. 3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
  4. 4. Press the mixture into a loaf or brownie pan.
  5. 5. Freeze for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
  6. 6. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
