Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, mix together the mixed nuts, shredded coconut, raisins, salt, and cinnamon.
- 2. In a smaller bowl, combine the almond butter, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla.
- 3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
- 4. Press the mixture into a loaf or brownie pan.
- 5. Freeze for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
- 6. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
