Instructions
- Prepare an 8x8-inch square Pyrex pan with nonstick spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix together oats, cereal, almonds, and salt.
- In a large saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, honey, and almond butter, heating over medium-low until bubbling.
- Once bubbling, cook for 2 minutes while stirring, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until well coated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press it evenly.
- If desired, drizzle melted chocolate on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
