Crockpot Beef and Broccoli

Instructions
- Coat the slow cooker with nonstick spray and place the beef inside.
- In a bowl, mix the beef broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, rice vinegar, chili-garlic paste, and garlic, then pour over the beef and stir.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 1 ½ hours.
- Whisk together water and cornstarch, stir into the slow cooker, and add the broccoli on top.
- Cover, switch to HIGH, and cook for another 30 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
- Serve warm over rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
