Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line 10 muffin cups with parchment liners.
- In a large bowl, mix the coconut flour, allulose, baking powder, and sea salt.
- Create a well in the center, then add the eggs, coconut milk, coconut oil, and vanilla. Whisk together in the well and stir until combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin cups, filling them to the top.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean and the tops are springy.
