Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high.
- Season the trout with salt and pepper, and stuff the cavity with lemon slices.
- Rub olive oil over the fish.
- Grill the trout for 3.5 to 4 minutes on each side.
- Serve with lemon wedges and sea salt.
