Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grease an 8x8 baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Prepare the brownie layer by mixing the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients and combine with the dry ingredients.
- Spread the brownie batter evenly in the baking dish.
- Prepare the cookie layer by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Dollop the cookie dough on top of the brownie layer.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let cool completely before slicing into squares.
