Ingredients

Brownies Layer (Base Layer)

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 units eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup almond milk

Tahini Chocolate Chip Cookie Layer (Top Layer)

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup tahini
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 unit egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease an 8x8 baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Prepare the brownie layer by mixing the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients and combine with the dry ingredients.
  5. Spread the brownie batter evenly in the baking dish.
  6. Prepare the cookie layer by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  7. Dollop the cookie dough on top of the brownie layer.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  10. Let cool completely before slicing into squares.
