Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the peanut butter and butter in a bowl or saucepan until smooth.
- Stir in the sweetener and collagen until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and freeze until firm.
- Lift the fudge out of the pan and slice into squares.
