Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup Peanut butter
  • 6 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
  • ¼ cup Collagen protein powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the peanut butter and butter in a bowl or saucepan until smooth.
  3. Stir in the sweetener and collagen until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and freeze until firm.
  5. Lift the fudge out of the pan and slice into squares.
