Ingredients

  • 1 12-oz. can evaporated milk
  • 4 cups granulated sugar
  • cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 12-oz. bag milk chocolate chips
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine evaporated milk, sugar, and marshmallows in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until it reaches 240 degrees.
  2. Line a 9x13 inch pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine butter, chocolate chips, and vanilla.
  4. Pour the cooked marshmallow mixture over the chocolate mixture and beat until smooth and combined.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and chill in the refrigerator until completely cooled.
  6. Cut into 1-inch squares and serve.
