Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Instructions
- Combine evaporated milk, sugar, and marshmallows in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until it reaches 240 degrees.
- Line a 9x13 inch pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a separate bowl, combine butter, chocolate chips, and vanilla.
- Pour the cooked marshmallow mixture over the chocolate mixture and beat until smooth and combined.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and chill in the refrigerator until completely cooled.
- Cut into 1-inch squares and serve.
