Ingredients

The base

  • cups unsweetened cashew milk
  • ½ cup rolled oats

The flavorings

  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • Drizzle none veggie broth or oil

The topping

  • to taste none grateable vegan Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Mix the lemon juice and cashew milk and set aside.
  2. Sauté the spinach with garlic powder and salt using oil or broth until slightly wilted, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the milk mixture and rolled oats, stirring until thickened to your desired consistency, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Top with vegan Parmesan if desired and enjoy!
