Instructions
- Mix the lemon juice and cashew milk and set aside.
- Sauté the spinach with garlic powder and salt using oil or broth until slightly wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Add the milk mixture and rolled oats, stirring until thickened to your desired consistency, about 2-3 minutes.
- Top with vegan Parmesan if desired and enjoy!
