Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cube vegetable bouillon
  • 1 cup oats

Toppings

  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 medium avocado
  • to taste Mary's crackers
  • to taste organic pasta sauce
  • to taste pepper
  • to taste hummus
  • to taste salsa

Instructions

  1. Boil water, milk, and vegetable bouillon in a pot until the bouillon is dissolved.
  2. Add oats and seasonings to the pot.
  3. Cook for about 9 minutes until the oats are tender.
  4. Serve topped with black beans, avocado, crackers, pasta sauce, and any other desired toppings.
