Instructions
- 1. Combine oats and water in a pot over medium heat, stirring frequently for 5 minutes.
- 2. Add frozen veggies, black pepper, sea salt, and garlic to the pot.
- 3. Cook for an additional 7-8 minutes on low-medium heat, stirring often.
- 4. Pour the oatmeal into a bowl and add desired toppings.
