Pita Pizza with Hummus

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Arrange the pitas on a baking sheet and spread each with roasted garlic hummus.
- In a bowl, toss the zucchini and yellow squash with green goddess dressing, then add the tomatoes and toss gently.
- Arrange the veggie mixture on top of the hummus-covered pitas and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for about 8 minutes until the pitas are lightly crisp and the cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with fresh herbs, slice, and serve.
