Instructions
- Blend large pieces of granola for a finer consistency.
- In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
- Mix in nut butter, extracts, and honey until well combined.
- Add coconut flour or extra protein only if the batter is too runny.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Optionally roll the bites in extra protein or cinnamon powder.
- Store in the refrigerator or freeze to maintain freshness.
- Once frozen, sprinkle with extra pumpkin spice and store in a ziplock bag.
