Ingredients

  • ¼ cup grain free granola
  • ½ cup chocolate protein, cocoa, or chocolate peanut flour
  • cup dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup pecans (crushed or chopped)
  • 1–2 tablespoon pumpkin spice
  • cup almond butter
  • cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour or extra protein

Instructions

  1. Blend large pieces of granola for a finer consistency.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
  3. Mix in nut butter, extracts, and honey until well combined.
  4. Add coconut flour or extra protein only if the batter is too runny.
  5. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  6. Optionally roll the bites in extra protein or cinnamon powder.
  7. Store in the refrigerator or freeze to maintain freshness.
  8. Once frozen, sprinkle with extra pumpkin spice and store in a ziplock bag.
