Instructions
- Mix together nut butter, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Add coconut flour, pumpkin pie spice, and salt, then stir until combined.
- Stir in mini chocolate chips and place the mixture in the fridge for ten minutes.
- While the mixture is chilling, melt the chocolate for dipping, adding a teaspoon of coconut oil if desired.
- Roll the chilled mixture into balls and dip them in the melted chocolate.
- Place the dipped bites in the fridge or freezer to harden.
