Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the pita into equal-sized triangles.
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
- Brush the pita triangles with melted coconut oil on both sides and sprinkle with the cinnamon mixture.
- Place the pita pieces on the baking tray in a single layer and bake for 7 to 12 minutes until crispy.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool completely, and serve.
