Ingredients

  • 3 pita rounds pita rounds
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the pita into equal-sized triangles.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
  4. Brush the pita triangles with melted coconut oil on both sides and sprinkle with the cinnamon mixture.
  5. Place the pita pieces on the baking tray in a single layer and bake for 7 to 12 minutes until crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven, allow to cool completely, and serve.
