Homemade Pita Chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Cut each pita bread into 8 triangles.
- Arrange the pita triangles on the baking sheet without overlapping.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and sea salt.
- Brush the pita chips with olive oil and sprinkle half of the seasoning mixture on top.
- Flip the chips, brush with more oil, and sprinkle the remaining seasoning.
- Bake for 8 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
