Ingredients

  • tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • to taste flaked sea salt
  • 4 pieces pita bread (cut into triangles)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, and salt.
  3. Add the pita triangles to the bowl and gently toss to coat them.
  4. Place the coated pita triangles in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes until slightly brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving or storing in an airtight container.
