Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, and salt.
- Add the pita triangles to the bowl and gently toss to coat them.
- Place the coated pita triangles in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes until slightly brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving or storing in an airtight container.
