Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- If the pita bread is thick, cut it in half and split the pockets open to create thinner pieces.

- Cut the pita into triangles or long wedges.
- Place the pita pieces on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
