Ingredients

  • 1 large carrot, peeled and diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 small white onion, diced
  • 2 cups homemade condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the diced carrot, celery, and onion, and sauté for 5 minutes until soft, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the condensed cream of chicken soup and milk, and whisk until combined.
  4. Bring the soup to a simmer, then remove from heat.
  5. Serve warm.
