Homemade Cream of Chicken Soup

Instructions
- Heat butter in a medium pot over medium heat.
- Add onions, garlic, carrots, celery, thyme, and bay leaf, and sauté for 5-6 minutes.
- Stir in the flour until fully incorporated.
- Add evaporated milk and chicken broth, and bring to a boil while stirring constantly until slightly thickened.
- Incorporate shredded chicken, creole seasoning, chicken bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, and peas.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and adjust as needed.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
