Instructions
- Mix the meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl without overworking the meat.
- Form an even loaf and ensure it doesn't touch the edges of the crock.
- Optionally, create a sling with foil for easy removal.
- Place the meatloaf in the crock, ensuring it doesn't touch the edges.
- Mix the sauce topping ingredients together.
- Spread half of the sauce topping over the meatloaf.
- Cook on Low for 6-7 hours or on High for 3-4 hours until the center reaches 160°F.
- Spread the remaining sauce topping over the meatloaf.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with vegetables and/or mashed potatoes.
