The Glaze
-
⅔

ketchup

cup
brown sugar

teaspoon
yellow mustard

teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, mix together all meatloaf ingredients until combined, being careful not to overmix.
- 2. Line the slow cooker insert with aluminum foil and shape the meat mixture into a loaf on the foil.
- 3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
- 4. Check the internal temperature of the meatloaf; it should reach 160°F for safety.
- 5. Once done, transfer the meatloaf to a baking sheet.
- 6. In a small bowl, mix together all glaze ingredients and spread over the meatloaf.
- 7. Broil the meatloaf for 3 to 4 minutes until the glaze is sticky.
- 8. Remove from oven and serve warm.
