Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chopped garlic and shallot, cooking until fragrant.
- Add rinsed and quartered baby bok choy, soy sauce, and water; cover immediately.
- Cook bok choy for 1 minute, then uncover and toss.
- Return cover and cook until bok choy is tender at the core, about 3 minutes longer.
