Instructions
- Cut 1-inch off the bottom of the bok choy stems and pull off the leaves, cutting larger leaves in halves or pieces.
- Heat a wok or skillet on high heat, add oil, then garlic, and stir-fry until aromatic.
- Add bok choy and stir-fry briefly before adding salt, then stir-fry a few more times and serve immediately.
