Ingredients

The vegetables

  • 8 oz baby bok choy

The aromatics

  • 3 cloves garlic

The seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cut 1-inch off the bottom of the bok choy stems and pull off the leaves, cutting larger leaves in halves or pieces.
  2. Heat a wok or skillet on high heat, add oil, then garlic, and stir-fry until aromatic.
  3. Add bok choy and stir-fry briefly before adding salt, then stir-fry a few more times and serve immediately.
