Bok Choy

Ingredients

  • 1 large head Bok choy
  • ¼ cup Avocado oil
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. Cut the bok choy into fourths or eighths lengthwise.
  3. Arrange the bok choy cut side down on a baking sheet, drizzle with avocado oil, and sprinkle with half of the salt and pepper.
  4. Flip the bok choy cut side up and spread the minced garlic over it.
  5. Roast in the oven for 10 minutes, then rotate the pan and roast for another 10 minutes until lightly charred.
