Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms and cook for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Stir in the diced onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper, and sauté for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced green onion and serve.
