Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and prepare a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- Cream together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Mix in maple syrup, egg, almond butter, and vanilla until well combined.
- Add salt, oats, and baking soda, mixing until incorporated.
- Fold in chocolate chunks.
- Refrigerate the dough for about 20 minutes.
- Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough, form into balls, and slightly press down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
