Hot & Cheesy Bean Dip

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream until combined.
- 3. Spread the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a 9-inch glass pie plate.
- 4. In another bowl, combine the refried beans, green chilies, cumin, chili powder, and salt, and stir until well mixed.
- 5. Spread the bean mixture over the cream cheese layer in the pie plate.
- 6. Spread salsa over the bean layer and sprinkle cheese on top.
- 7. Bake for 30 minutes and serve immediately.
