Easy, Creamy White Bean Dip

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Prepare an 8- or 9-inch casserole dish and set aside.
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Adjust the flavor to taste, adding more water if the mixture is too thick.
- Transfer the mixture to the casserole dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes, placing the baking tray underneath.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle extra grated cheese on top.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Broil for a couple of minutes if needed.
- Serve immediately with chopped chives and tortilla chips.
