Gingersnap Granola

The mix-ins
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, oat bran, and almonds.
- In a small pot, heat molasses, brown sugar, oil, water, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt until the sugar dissolves.
- Pour the syrup mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well coated.
- Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, then stir.
- Continue baking for another 10-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and stir in raisins, then press down and let cool.
- Once cool, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
