Instructions
- Make the keto bread according to the package instructions and let it dry for 1-2 days.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
- Cut the dried bread into 1-inch cubes and place them in an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, Besti, melted butter, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes and stir lightly to coat.
- Fold in the sugar-free dried cranberries, if using.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until lightly browned.
