Ingredients

The keto bread

  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter (melted; or coconut oil for dairy-free)
  • 6 tbsp Wholesome Yum Blanched Almond Flour
  • 2 tsp Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
  • 2 large Eggs

The French toast mixture

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Heavy cream (or coconut milk for dairy-free)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter (for cooking)

Optional toppings

  • to taste Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
  • to taste Wholesome Yum Zero Sugar Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the 90-second bread as directed, using the specified amounts.
  2. Cut the bread into squares and then into triangles.
  3. Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, vanilla, and Besti powdered in a bowl.
  4. Dip the cooled bread in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
  5. Melt butter in a frying pan and cook the dipped bread until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve topped with additional Besti Powdered and sugar-free maple syrup if desired.
