Ingredients

The batter

Instructions

  1. Whisk all the batter ingredients in a shallow bowl until well combined.
  2. Preheat the pan on high heat, then reduce to medium once hot.
  3. Dip each slice of bread into the batter for 5-10 seconds, ensuring it's soaked but not soggy.
