Easy Vegan French Toast Sticks

The coating (optional)

Instructions
- Whisk the mix ingredients in a shallow bowl until well combined.
- If using, mix the coating ingredients in a flat baking dish.
- Preheat a pan and reduce heat to medium once hot.
- Dip each bread stick into the mix for about 5-10 seconds.
- Cook the dipped bread sticks in the pan for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and crisp.
- Set cooked sticks on a plate and brush with dairy-free butter if desired.
- Roll the sticks in the cinnamon sugar mixture or sprinkle it on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
