The sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and grease a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Chop the strawberries and mix them with the blueberries, BBQ sauce, blueberry jelly, and vinegar in a bowl.
- Place the salmon skin side down on the baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the berry sauce mixture evenly over the salmon.
- Bake for about 12 minutes or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Garnish with additional berries and serve with a veggie and grain of your choice.
