Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking pan.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them on the baking sheet.
- In a bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, vinegar, honey, garlic, black pepper, and salt, reserving some for basting.
- Spread the marinade generously over the salmon.
- Bake the salmon for 11 to 14 minutes until nearly cooked through.
- Optionally, broil for 1 to 2 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
- Let the salmon rest for 2 minutes before serving, then brush with reserved sauce.
