Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 10-inch springform pan.
- Mix all dry ingredients for the cake in one bowl.
- In another bowl, lightly beat the eggs, then add Greek yogurt and oil, mixing until well blended.
- Mash the bananas to a puree and mix them into the wet ingredients.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures, stirring just enough to blend without overmixing.
- Fold in the pecans and chocolate chips gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan.
- For the crumb topping, mix flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl, then work in softened butter until crumbly.
- If the mixture is too dry, add milk and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Top the cake batter with the crumb mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, then cool for 5 minutes before removing the springform pan.
- Allow the cake to cool for at least 20 minutes before serving.
