Sausage and Mozzarella Calzone

Instructions
- Thaw the dough in the refrigerator for about 8 hours and let it rise for an hour.
- Brown the sausage, then mix it with the sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Cut each loaf in half and roll it out, placing ¼ to ⅓ cup of the sausage mixture in the center of each calzone.
- Fold the tops over and pinch shut with a fork.
- Bake at 400°F for about 12 minutes, or wrap and freeze for later.
