Easy Apple Strudel

Instructions
- Mix melted unsalted butter, all-purpose flour, table salt, and lukewarm water to form a smooth dough.
- Warm a small saucepan with boiling water, dry it, and line it with parchment paper.
- Place the dough in the pan, cover it, and let it rest in a warm spot for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Soak golden raisins in rum for 30 minutes, then discard the rum.
- Peel, core, and slice the apples, then toss them with lemon juice and the other filling ingredients.
- Roll out the dough thinly on a floured towel or surface.
- Brush the dough with melted butter and sprinkle breadcrumbs in the center.
- Add the apple filling on top of the breadcrumbs and fold the dough over the filling.
- Transfer the strudel to the baking sheet, seam side down, and brush the top with butter.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown, brushing with melted butter every 20 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
