Simple Vegan Pesto

Instructions
- Make the homemade vegan parmesan cheese if you haven't already.
- Assemble all the pesto ingredients in a food processor.
- Pulse the ingredients for about 30 seconds to combine.
- Process on low for 1-2 minutes until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
- Adjust consistency with water if too thick, or add more basil if too thin.
- Use the pesto immediately or store it in the fridge for later.
