Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine mayo, finely chopped onion, apple cider vinegar, sweetener, celery salt, salt, and pepper. Stir to mix well.
- In a large serving bowl, add the coleslaw mix and red cabbage. Drizzle the mayo mixture over the top and stir to combine.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
