Ingredients

The pizza base

  • 1 each Boboli 12” Whole Wheat Thin Pizza Crust

The toppings

  • 3 each Laughing Cow Light Cheese Wedges
  • 9 each egg whites
  • ¾ cup reduced fat 2% shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Hormel Real Bacon Bits
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high.
  3. Add egg whites to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and scramble until cooked.
  4. Spread Laughing Cow wedges evenly on the pizza crust, leaving a ½ inch edge.
  5. Top the cheese with scrambled egg whites, shredded cheddar, and bacon bits.
  6. Place the pizza on a baking sheet or directly on the oven rack and bake for 8-10 minutes.
